ANTHONY
McDONOUGH
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With over 25 years in Senior Business and Marketing experience leading national and global operations for General Motors, Libra, Libresse, Zewa, Sorbent and Fitness First, Anthony brings a wealth of both marketing and businesses knowledge to The BIMM Group.
He has run entire marketing and operational divisions across Europe for SCA and was responsible for achieving revenues in excess of $2 billion USD. Anthony is also an accomplished entrepreneur having most recently partnered with fellow BIMM founder Chris Glebatsas to create and build the most successful men's skin care brand in Australia.
A passionate advocate of the power of great marketing, Anthony is a decisive thinker with a rare mix of critical analytical skill and creative acumen.
CHRISTOPHER
GLEBATSAS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
An original founding partner of The BIMM Group, Chris brings extensive global experience in sales and operations with a 15 year career leading teams across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. His breadth of experience involved implementation of programs in dynamic industries such as retail, FMCG, Finance and Technology and eCommerce working for the likes of Deutsche Bank in London and Investec locally.
Chris is no stranger to building successful businesses from the ground up. Most recently he founded and scaled a global skin care business with BIMM co founder Anthony McDonough securing $7.5 million in funding before exiting. He brings to BIMM a thorough understanding of all operational aspects of business from sourcing, manufacture and distribution logistics through to finance, legal compliance and sales.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
NICOLA FOSTER
At Creative Director of The BIMM Group Nicola is responsible for all aspects of design and advertising for our brands. Her experience is impressive having spent time in some of the best agencies both in Australia and London including McCann, DDB, Ogilvy and Cummins Partners. Her client list is extensive having worked with well known brands such as BMW, L’Oréal, Becks Bier, Telstra, McDonalds and Westpac to mention but a few.
A passionate believer in the excellence of idea and quality of execution Nicola’s work has been awarded in numerous major creative festivals around the world and has had work published in prestigious industry magazines such as Luerzer’s Archive.
